2. Professional Services & Regulatory Compliance
As a registered engineering firm, all construction, building, and infrastructural projects executed by DMMAC are governed by the guidelines and bye-laws of relevant national authorities, including the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Project scopes, capital cost limits, and engineering specializations are bound by our official licence terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including architectural designs, blueprints, structural layouts, text, graphics, logos, and images—is the intellectual property of DMMAC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our proprietary designs and digital content is strictly prohibited.
4. Client Contracts & Project Execution
Any formal engineering consultation, architectural design phase, or on-site construction work undertaken by DMMAC Construct or DMMAC Consult will be subject to a separate, mutually signed written contract detailing project milestones, cost estimates, material specifications, and timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
DMMAC ensures the highest standards of quality assurance and structural safety. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, structural alterations, or damages caused by unforeseen force majeure events, unauthorized third-party modifications, or failure by the client to disclose critical site data (such as soil instability or illegal structural changes).
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
